I've never spoken on stage. Is this too advanced for me?
No. These three days are built to take you from wherever you're starting — including zero stage time — to a confident, drilled speaker by day three. The only requirement is that you're willing to do the work in front of other people.
I already speak professionally. What's actually in this for me?
Most of the room is experienced speakers, same as you. They come to sharpen mechanics that years on stage never fixed on their own, install a real close for the first time, and clear blocks they didn't know were still running the show.
What in the world is the Fire Ceremony?
